These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all detailing services provided by Apotheosis Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to clients (“you” or “your”). By booking or receiving services, you agree to the following terms:

Apotheosis Detailing offers professional interior and exterior vehicle and marine detailing services, including but not limited to: washing, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, metal polishing, fiberglass/gel coat repair, teak restoration, odor removal, and full restoration packages.

All services will be performed using professional techniques and high-quality products. We aim to restore and protect your vehicle or vessel, but results may vary depending on age, condition, and prior damage.

• Services may be performed at our location, your home, office, dock, or storage facility as agreed.
• You must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle or vessel.
• For mobile services, appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed via phone, email, or text.
   

• Remove personal items from the vehicle or vessel prior to service.
• Disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or sensitive areas that may require special care.
• Ensure the area is safe and accessible for detailing equipment and personnel.
   

• Apotheosis Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, underlying mechanical failures, or issues beyond our control.
• Minor imperfections, chips, scratches, fading, or oxidation may not be completely reversible.
• While all care is taken, some high-risk services (paint correction, wet sanding, gelcoat repairs) carry inherent risks.
• Clients assume responsibility for any existing fragile or non-standard parts (e.g., decals, antennas, specialty trim) unless disclosed.
   

• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are based on vehicle/vessel type, condition, and requested services.
• Deposits may be required for large or extensive restoration projects.
   

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

• Apotheosis Detailing guarantees the workmanship of our services at the time of completion.
• Protective coatings and restorations are subject to product-specific warranties, which will be provided upon service.
• Natural wear and tear, environmental conditions, and improper care after service may affect results.
   

• We may take photos of your vehicle or vessel before and after detailing for marketing purposes.
• If you do not wish for your property to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to service.
   

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
• Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the appropriate court within Wisconsin jurisdiction.
   

By booking or receiving detailing services from Apotheosis Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
